Cetearyl Alcohol 20 EO is a non-ionic surfactant that has a wide range of applications in various industrial sectors. This ethoxylated fatty alcohol has good compatibility with other fatty alcohols and is capable of forming highly stable emulsions.

Among its main functions, its use as a dispersant, emulsifier and hydrotrope stands out. It can also be used to form gels and ointments.

Attention! Do not confuse this product with Cetearyl Alcohol (without ethoxylation). These two products are very different. Cetearyl Alcohol 20 EO is a soluble product and not recommended for use in hair softeners and conditioners. For these applications the most suitable product is Cetearyl Alcohol (non-ethoxylated).
